3x6 RGB LED matrix

Yes, it is another matrix, controlled by PIC16F628A and it is helped by two IC 4017 decade counters. One of the ICs is changing the x axis LED and the other one is changing the y axis LED, so the place where the x axis and the y axis crosses the LED lights up. I will use the same scheme controlling scheme in the future projects. For now, don't have enough LEDs... Below you can see how the LED matrix lighs up a letter one by one: L, E and D. Later i will try to integrate PWM, and try to light up some mixed colors, like purple, cyan and other. PWM is pulse widht modulation or just fade in and fade out. The biggest problem with the matrixes is that if you won't make it fast enough you will see the LEDs blinking.
