I finally did what i wanted so much. I wanted to make a working RF connection, i tried it earlier, but i didn't have any luck with it
:D But before i tried to do it without the Holtek HT12D and HT12E microchips. So i decided to do it the easy way first :D I got the chips from Ebay ofcourse, as well as the transmitter and the receiver. Only thing you have to do before assembling is to solder the antenna to the receiver and another one to transmitter. It can be any kind of copper wire, i used a copper coil, which i streched. Here are the schemes that i used:

I added LEDs to the VT and to all D connections (D0, D1, D2, D3). VT indicates when the Receiver receives some kind of data. If there is no RF noise then while you are not pushing TE button it shouldn't do anything. TE button sends the information about changed switch postion on HT-12E to HT-12D. And on default all D0, D1, D2 and D3 are set to high.
