The first post (ooo yeahh!!) 5×2 RGB LED matrix

The first tests to construct a RGB LED matrix by using as less PIC microcontroller pins as possible. This time, if not counting pins GND and +5V, i used 5 pins, of which (three of them sets the color Red, Green or Blue, one sends a frequence to IC CD4017 which changes its ouput pin, and another one, which sends a signal to ICs RESET pin). The IC CD4017 helped me to save the PIC16F628A pins, because when 4017 receives a pulse, it changes its output pin.
